J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MAERSK (Houston, TX) en févr. 2014

They were pretty relaxed and easy to talk to. They had two people from the team and one person from HR. I had a phone interview first and then they brought me in for a second interview which is where I noticed it was three people interviewing. They asked a couple of analyst type questions (skills) as I already had experience with another question. A lot of the questions on the phone interview were asked again at the in-person interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter who convinced me to consider it as they would be flexible on hours.
I had to apply on the Maersk website, which I did for two roles.
Maersk contacted me about both roles. I had to do their PLI questionnaire then had a telephone interview with one guy for one role. He was late and I never heard back. I got the impression he wanted an overseas national not a local.
I also had a face to face interview for another role. I had to do another PLI questionnaire. I really liked the interviewer but he thought I wasn’t what he was looking for and he practically tried to put me off working there. The job spec didn’t match the person spec so it was a waste of our time. Nice to see the offices and meet the staff though.

Excellent, well organised. Out of the regular market process. Convienent, more people centric. Refreshing as usually one would land up tiring. Cafeteria services. Interviewer was a pleasing personality and made the conversation more relaxed and comfortable.
