I apply online for position and took more then a two months they send me an email to inform that they would me to fill up the form and after that to o 13 minutes test of logic and math.
It was 50 questions with in 13 to do as much as you can. Question was mix of hard and easy so just skip the one it will take you time and yes have a calculator with you VERY IMPORTANT.
After a week they call me in there office in Panama City in Costa del Este to do basically the same test. Since I never had problem with those test before I guess I did very good so they call me the same day to inform me that they will make a phone interview during the week. Same week they send a date and time for a phone call interview. I pass that one too as they told in email later on.
So two weeks after a phone interview they invite me for a final interview.
I did with Sales Manager for Cluster and HR.
Finally after month and half they send me an email to inform me that they chose other candidate.

Interview was really tough since they are questioning from both side on one side HR was asking exactly how I did some process to reduce cost on my previous job focusing to see if I really know a job or not and on another side Sales Manger was asking me my vision of Market and how I think that problem between Panama and Venezuela in that time can affect Maersk.
How you did a job of cutting a cost of operation in your previews job?
