Quick hiring process and feedback loop. Interview took a total of two weeks. Initially meet with hiring manager and have a panel of team members you will be working with. Depending on how quickly the second round can happen, it could be quicker.

I applied online and heard back 4 weeks later! I had an email saying I had a telephone interview in the morning at 9am. This could easily have been missed. After a 20 minute phone interview I then had to do tests in Excel where they provided me with the data and I had to answer questions. Once I passed that I was invited in for a face to face interview for 3 hours. To begin with I had to complete psychometric tests then one hour face to face with the hiring manager and a one hour face to face with HR. After this I was emailed personality tests which I had to complete. When I eventually passed all this I was called back in for a further 45 minute with the hiring managers manager. Here I was being interview about my potential growth within the company. After a general chat he then provided me with 2 case studies which I had to work through out loud. It is a grueling process and I can imagine if you have no passion and enthusiasm for the job you are applying for then you can forget about it.
