Interview was consist of 3 rounds. 1. Behavioral quiz (No time limit) 2. Aptitude/reasoning test (50 Questions in 12 mins) 3. Microsoft Teams interview: One of the panel member(non-English accent) started with the soft skill questions and it took around 30-40 mins to get it done, in most of the answered he was convinced and was giving the feedback like "good", "cool". Second panel member joined in between and asked few basic technical questions there was no language, data structure, framework questions were involved in that. I answered all of them. Last question was when can you start with us? I answered accordingly After few hours, I got a response that you haven't cleared the interview. Don't know what they were looking for. Disappointed as if they were not convinced with the answers there was no point in stretching the interview for so long and asking "when will you start with us" in the last.
