Interview was pretty straight forward. First they tested your knowledge and skills on the subject. Tested personality. How I would fit in with the team. I felt it was fair. Despite some gaps in subject matter expertise, they took into account how I would fit in with the team. They saw the potential for me to learn and improve my skills and contribute to the team
