1st round - interview with global HRBP, hiring manager and another financial analyst Standard situational interview questions such as: describe a situation when you had to make a difficult decision, resolve a conflict, etc Role-related questions about your skills and knowledge and how it is relevant to the job description. 2nd round - case study presentation Team will send u a case study where u have 5 days to prepare a presentation for it. Case study would be related to what you will be doing in the role. For me, it was a capital budgeting case study. During the interview, interviewers will challenge your knowledge of the case study and your calculations.

I have 9yrs experience in AP team. Initially worked as a invoice processor,then exceptional handler as well practised in reconciliation.Now took ownership as treasury posting Journal entries and clearing the payment.

Completed all the rounds still didnt get any feedback from Hr almost 10 days gone. Follow up emails send more times did not get response.Even if u call they did not response.tried multiple times to get feedback no response.
