I applied online on the company's website and got a call from the job poster after a few days. The process was around 2 months long. I applied in June 2018 and got offer on the last day of July 2018.
In the initial phone interview I was asked the initial screening questions of Why I want to join the customer services role. What are my JDs in the current role. Why do I want to make a switch to shipping industry. My current salary and will I relocate. Then she said that someone from HR will contact you for an interview in about 2 weeks time. I was contacted after two weeks to schedule an interview with the Hiring Manager and the HR Manager. The questions were typical questions regarding my introduction, why I want to switch and some situational questions. Before the interview I was made to attempt the PLI test (50 questions/ 12 minutes). Following the interview I got call for another interview with the MD and CFO. Following which the HR asked for my professional references.

La entrevista fue muy bien, fueron amables, aunque creo que en una sola reunión, no da pie a conocer al candidato en profundidad, algunas preguntas fueron superfluas y otras demasiado concretas sobre el puesto o los sistemas o programas utilizados, creo que eso no sirve para valorar como soy realmente como trabajador, creo que no pude exponer todo mi potencial y que me conocieran realmente.
