It's a 3 part interview, with an initial phone interview from HR to potentially get the 1st face to face interview. I applied online seeking a great opportunity where I could grow among professionals and benefit myself in my career. I immediately received a phone call from HR the next day and this was my phone interview. It was very light just discussing briefly my work experience and what I was looking for from there I was offered the opportunity for an in person interview for Tuesday of the following week. My face to face was with a partner of the company and I have to admit it was a bit intimidating for a moment b/c of his strong demeanor but it was just a phase. He was very polite and really trying to dig into my head to see if I had the commitment and drive for a position and company such as this. I was asked of my experience, what I felt makes a great entrepreneur and what I look for in a company as well as telling his background which was opposite of his role now at M4i but it made it even more inspiring and exciting to have a chance to be a part of a growing team. From there I was offered a 2nd interview for the next day which consist of a full day of shadowing a lead account exec. Wednesday I spent my day from 9:15 to 6p w/ an exec to get a feel for what they do. It was a bit exhausting but I learned a great deal and it was fun; time truly flies. It's definitely a role ONLY the self motivated but that's totally me so I wasn't worried. During lunch we discussed more of the company and training etc and throughout the day I was asked more interview questions as well given the opportunity ,without saying, to step up and showcase my communication skills and work ethic with business owners. At the end of the day we returned to the office and I had my 3rd interview again with the partner for some followup questions and to lastly pitch why I'd be a perfect fit. I was told that the next morning phone calls would be made with decisions and to discuss feedback of your 2nd interview. ALL parts very harmless and a learning experience.
