Entretien
The initial phone interview was fairly brief. This was followed by a friendly, casual interview with one of the managers, as well as a senior analyst. After this interview I was given a written competency test to complete at home in a set amount of time. Overall the process was fairly straightforward and was fairly quick. The interviewing process was low stress, and there were no questions that were particularly difficult to answer. The competency test is used to test your researching skills, as well as to assess your ability to write clearly and concisely.

Entretien
Background check, self-introduction and understanding of consulting. Plus a case study of market sizing on how many business telephones are there in Shanghai. After that, a HR will discuss with you on regular questions, e.g. expected salary level, earliest start date, etc. People in the company are very nice. It's not difficult to get an intern offer, but the availability of full-time positions is limited
