I was initially approached on LinkedIn by a member of the Lytx recruitment team, she was friendly, responsive and very open which immediately drew me in. The interview stages were then spread across 2 stages, the first with the hiring manager, who was extremely passionate and determined to really show value in the role I was interviewing for. The second stage involved a presentation as well as separate interviews with a member of the PSM team, a sales director and VP, which was an extremely impressive line up and showed me the value and how involved even the higher management was in the team.
