Recruiter sent out email for availability. Entered my availability and didn't hear back from the recruiter as the availability dates approached. Sent her a follow up email and never heard anything back. A week later got an email saying they want to go a different route after speaking with the hiring manager. Poor performance by the recruiter. I had already made up my mind not to interview with them further based on my initial experience with scheduling the interview. Just wanted to post so the team is aware of the quality of their recruiting.
