Unorganised Interview procedure. After 2 interview rounds they confirm you are shortlisted. Then again they call and say two more rounds to be taken. Then after that you are shortlisted and you can put down resignation. They demand to resign first then only they will share offer letter. Strangest thing, later after confirming you are shortlisted and after taking payslip and Bank statement they call and tell you are not shortlisted. Completely, suspicious and unprofessional interview process.
