The process was straightforward and followed a typical structure. They were organized while also being personable which was nice. However, my experience with the recruiter was inconsistent. He often called without scheduling in advance rather than coordinating over email, and responses to emails or requests for updates were sometimes delayed. While the overall process was standard, the communication style did not feel as professional or polished as I’ve experienced elsewhere.
