J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LyondellBasell en févr. 2016
Entretien
I acquired an interview after applying through my university. There was an info session for the applicants after interviews had been scheduled that described the company. The interview was behavioral. A manager interviewed me for about 30-45 minutes. About a week and half after the interview, the same manager called me to give me a verbal offer and talk about the position a little before the official offer came the next day.

I was given an interview after attending a career fair at Texas A&M University. My interviewer was a really nice guy and I felt very comfortable talking with him. He asked a lot of behavioral questions and I answered in the STAR (situation task action result) format (you can google STAR interview questions to practice. I am very glad I spent the time going through them and planning my answers before hand.) Overall my interview went very well, especially considering it was my first ever!
