After being shortlisted, Lycopodium will schedule you for two separate interviews: a technical interview and a final interview. The technical interview is conducted in person with two interviewers, whose department will depend on your assigned position. This interview is generally easy as the interviewers are approachable and attentive to your responses. The final interview is a video call with the General Manager. It is also considered easy, as the General Manager focuses on getting to know you better and addressing any questions you might have.
