For some reason, it was not letting me post my review as a former employee so I’ll put it here. I was hired as a Game Designer early this year and so far, this has been the worst place and management I’ve ever worked in. - “CEO” have no idea about video games at all I’m not even sure why he’d start a company like this. Maybe to compensate for all his failed business attempts like his “successful” printing shops he kept talking about yet you can’t even google it and the website does not exist anymore. Such an embarrassment to his family. - The office is basically the “CEO”’s condo and even during lockdown he forced people to come in. - Daily bad-talking about video games and gamers not sure why start a gaming company if this is how he sees games. - No passion or interest just 100% money grabber but I doubt he’s even making anything out of all these ripped off games. - During meetings, he would show us actual established games and would make us copy basically everything from it. - Craig Gagliano is a proud race cyst (iykyk). Would proudly joke around minorities who he doesn’t even pay a dime (interns do not get paid but gets full timer responsibilities) about their culture and ethnicity. One time he called someone in the office Fake Brown and not real Indian because he’s born in Canada. This man is not okay. - Lastly, he forced everyone to make a fake Apple ID account and leave positive reviews for the LuvBug: Play-Based Learning app.
