I had an interview with one person through microsoft teams. The interview actually isn't difficult if you have a solid understanding of fundamentals in circuit analysis. I was asked one question about finding the output voltage of a simple RC circuit.

First we reviewed the interviewer background, then I shared mine. Then we discussed Lutron as a company. Lastly, I was given a technical interview where I had to solve simple circuit problems.
