Entretien
I talked to Lutron representative at campus career fair in October 2020 and applied for the position online using the link provided. After a few weeks, the recruiter reach out to schedule a 60 minute video interview. The interview was mainly about my resume and technical background in addition to simple questions like the multiple approaches to solve the Fizz Buzz problem. The interview was pretty straightforward and interviewer seem to be satisfied with my answers. Though, haven't gotten any response for next steps or rejection for the position after that.

Entretien
I applied online and the process took about a month. There were a total of two interviews consisting of technical and behavioral rounds.
The first interview was with a Software Engineer at Lutron. I had to program multiple solutions (iterative and recursive) for the FizzBuzz problem, and I was asked questions based on the code that I had written.
The second interview consisted of two parts. For the first part, I was interviewed by two engineers, and I was asked to design the UI for a schedular app. I was asked questions about the design choices that I made and I was asked to design a database for storing all the information for the app. For the second part of the interview, I spoke to two other engineers at Lutron and they had me do a role-playing exercise where I had to pretend like I was an employee at Lutron and I was given a problem to solve.
