There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was at my school. They will not only ask supply chain technical questions gauging your general understanding, but your overall interest in the company and position. The second interview round was an in person interview that lasted the entire day. During the day there are multiple rounds of interviews. These interviews test your deductive reasoning skills, problem solving skills, social skills, how you react to pressure, and general fit within the company. Outside of the interviews, they provided a tour of company grounds and provided lunch at no cost.
