Techincal interview and introduction. Met with one employer who worked onsite.
Walked through multiple technical questions, explaining thought process.
The interview was well structured, and I have a follow up interview soon with the rest of the team I assume.

Entretien
I have scheduled the interview for 1 hour. The questions are mostly about Embedded C, System design, and the basics of electronics. There were also some unnecessary questions. I have answered all the questions and got the rejections without any reason. I strongly recommend not to apply to this company they judge you on your ethnicity.

Entretien
1st round was virtual was a virtual 1-hour interview
2nd round was a design and role play situational interview (total of 3 hours). Overall a positive experience. I found it hard to tell if you are doing well or not though. One of the more interesting problems/interviews certainly.

Total 2 to 3 week process. 1 - 1 Hour interview test basic embedded knowledge if you pass you'll move on to the 4 hour long onsite interview where they test basic coding skills & weird Role play round.
