The interview process was quick, pleasant, and professional. I first did a quick interview at my college career fair. The next day, I had a technical interview with a Lutron engineer, then they followed up with an HR screening the following week.

Applied online, and was contacted for an interview. Before the interview, I had to fill out several forms regarding references, background, etc, and submit my transcript. The interview was a 1-hour technical interview with two engineers followed by a 30-minute interview with an HR representative. Conducted over Microsoft Teams.
