Entretien
Applied through school website, had a technical phone call and got called in for a full-day interview. Overall it was a very rigorous interview process that included behavioral, technical and role-play questions and touched on topics from material, thermodynamics and electrical engineering. I appreciate the time and care they took during the interview process and was overall really impressed by their employees. On-site interview included 5-6 interviews that spanned an 8 hour day.

Entretien
Interview was around 1 hour long and, although it was not mentioned before, was a technical interview. The interview itself was relatively candid and a pleasant experience. It involved drawing on a digital whiteboard and answering engineering-related questions.

It was smooth, just had to be verbal and precise with responses. Be ready to answer questions that would put you in specific scenarios and how you would adjust and adapt to the situation.

Entretien
Highly technical, quite intense & felt like if I had made a mistake, that was it for me in the process. Got the feeling that it didn’t matter who i was as a person or if I would fit at Lutron.
