telephonic interview mostly. There was over 5 rounds of telephonic interview. Background check was done. They asked if I was willing to work at remote locations. Mtech was required for the position. Previous job experience counted as well.

There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

commissioning Lutron lighting systems and shading solutions. background in electrical field and IT helps to deal with Electrical contractors and customers. The interview was a great way to learn the company culture and values

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
