They sent me a link to do online video answers. Then they arranged a phone interview. The interviewer was not prepared, he told me that so asked me what ever questions he could think of on the spot. He seemed to be very skeptical of me from the start of interview. Question were pretty straight forward he seemed to think they were hard. No idea why I didn't move to the next stage. They seemed very rigid and non-communicative organization.

There will be an aptitude test first consisting of IQ questions related to mechanical and electrical engineering setting. Then a video interview with a manager. He will ask basic circuit analysis questions and networking related. Then a 5 hour long interview with a roleplay with customer, troubleshooting a problem, and HR related questions

The interview was a whole day session with breaks. I think I had three or four sessions. Some were role play, one was with hr and one was with a psychologist.
