The interview was 6 hours. It was not mentioned anywhere in correspondence that the interview would take 6 hours. Lunch, while provided, was part of the interview. The company has an awkward feel to it from the get go. There is a sense that they want to be something they're not. There's a combination of try-hard mixed with several areas where they just fall short. That being said, if you're the type of person who cares more about loving the company you work for than the work you do - this is the place you do. If you believe more in your work and productivity than caring about having a heart on for the corporation... this won't be a good fit.
