Interview process was professional and through. They asked that a design project be completed, which is standard. There were 3 separate interviews. I met a few other managers. However, they were not clear about the reporting structure (who I would report to) and they also did not disclose much about the company culture, which is very strict and rigid. They were also very unwilling to negotiate salary and vacation time.
