It was a very thorough and thoughtful interview process. The Director of HR is outstanding, and incredibly thoughtful about where a person will best be able to utilize their skills for the mutual benefit of the company. Further, often sessions would be brainstorming in nature, so it gave a fabulous opportunity for them to assess how I would work realistically with them, and for me to understand how members of the company worked with each other to get projects completed.
