Interview process consisted of a technical assessment where I had to fix some code in a project, and make sure some tests passed. Secondly there was a short interview with the recruiter just talking about general experience. Lastly, an interview with the CEO where we went more in depth on my experience.

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST GETTING INFORMATION!!!! To start with, everything feels very robotic. They make you do a code challenge that takes at least 3 hours, so you invest your time without knowing what comes next. The code challenge itself isn’t difficult; it involves one task in JavaScript (classes) and two in React. Once completed, someone from HR contacts you within a week—there are still no engineers involved at this stage. In the interview, it seemed like they were more interested in extracting very detailed information about the projects I’ve worked on. It was quite strange because the questions were extremely specific. I had read that this might happen, so I provided minimal information to avoid giving too much detail, which they didn’t like. They wanted 100% details, almost including the client I worked for. As a result, three days later, I received an email stating that I was not selected due to a lack of project experience (even though I have over 10 years of experience). I replied, asking for more concrete feedback, as their reason was insufficient given my experience. I haven't heard back from them yet, and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Don’t waste your time; they even ask you to record your voice. So, I suggest not engaging with them.

First it's a technical assessment, 3 tasks for 3 hours done via Devskiller. One for JS, and two for React. Some tests are broken for React, but overall it's fine and they scheduled a call even that I had some failing tests.
After that is screen call.
