Within 5 days of applying you needed to complete a Hirevue one-way video interview. It consisted of 6 customer service focused questions. Recommend answering all using the STARL method. I had a minute to prepare for each question and could attempt each question 3 times. After the questions there were three "games" to complete.

"Tell me a time".... explain the situation and outcome.
Began as normal with a phone interview. 2nd interview was a 45 minute zoom interview that went well and informed me to be prepared for a 5 person panel interview.
