HR introduced themselves, and escorted me and several other people to a room with multiple computers to take a personality test as well as a scenario test. Afterwards, I filled out paperwork, and was offered a job.

HR called to see if I was interested in interviewing with team leader, interviewed with who would be my direct supervisor, then got conditional letter of employment pending background and drug test

Honestly, it felt like more of a conversation than a formal interview. Basically talked about the industry, personality-type questions, tenets of sales, role played a call.

It was organized, asked typical interview questions, what caught me off guard was they want to do a role play, where you try to sell them something while on a call. It was challenging but great!

Very professional, process took about a week all interviewers extremely informant, very good company to work for, excellent benefits, rewarded and acknowledged for exceptional performance, great, great, great place to work recommend 100 percent
