Lumens requires that you complete a video interview and an assessment. This took about 50 minutes and was an utter waste of my time! The questions were not even related to the job. They rejected me within 3 hours of taking an assessment. I get really annoyed when companies are this thoughtless to waste the time of perfectly qualified candidates.
