Immediately after applying, I was invited to complete an automated Video Interview. This consisted of 8 video tutorials about how to use the software and answer the questions efficiently, then six questions with a 3-minute limit per answer. After the questions, there were two online "games" required as part of the process. After spending an hour completing these additional steps, I was emailed one week later informing me that they would no longer be hiring for this position and that the requisition had been cancelled.
