Their recruiter sought me out and was professional and encouraging. Initial screening homework problem was a good one and related to a very real application in cloud.
Onsite interview was programming ONLY. No tour, no chat, no "this is what we do here". I was put into a room with other employees and given brief instruction and started with programming tasks. The whole experience was a bit strange. Junior developers may do well with this.
Recruiter followed up the next day for opinions on the process. Very professional.

The recruitment journey begins with a rigorous coding assessment focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Successful candidates then participate in a dynamic hackathon, testing their problem-solving and collaborative abilities. Following these stages, shortlisted individuals will proceed to in-depth Technical and Human Resources (HR) interviews. These interviews aim to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit, ensuring that selected candidates possess the skills and attributes necessary to thrive within the organization. This comprehensive process ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant's potential.
