Resume sent to Human Resources. HR personnel screens resume to determine appropriate fit with posted requirements. Manager requests all "approved" resumes and prioritizes the order in which candidates will be called. Manager will call to set up a telephone interview. Manager will then determine who should come in for face-to-face interview with him/herself and other staff members. Manager will then narrow down candidates for another telephone interview and/or potential offer. Each candidate not chosen will receive a letter from HR. The candidate being selected will be contacted by the manager to discuss the compensation specifics. Once agreed upon, HR will send documents with the terms of employment to the employee and specify the day in which the new hire should report to work.

Applied for the position and waited for 6 weeks then emailed HR and they validated they were still working on the opening. After another 2 weeks get an email they have selected someone else. So never had an opportunity for an interview.
