I was called for an interview 2 weeks later after I applied for position. The hiring manager was very nice. There was normal interview questions and was more like a conversation. I was offered the postion at a GREAT rate of pay plus commission. I accepted and now waiting for drug test results so I can begin my new exciting job. Training and benefits were also discussed. I was also able to meet other reps that are working there as well. Advice for others is to be yourself and relax a little answer the question to your best this is a sales position soo if you have a sales background you will be fine.

Found the job posting thru Glassdoor. Was redirected to Centurylink website. Created username and password to register an account for employment application and applied directly. About a week later, I received a phone call asking to schedule an interview with me. That was this week Monday, had my interview on Tuesday morning. It's only been a couple days but have not heard anything back yet. As far as the interview process and how it went..., very smoothly. Prompt, professional, organized, and pleasantly friendly. Was interviewed by a panel of two staff members, the Sales Manager and the Director of Human Resources. They both took turns asking me questions throughout the process. Mostly standar interview questions. Both were very nice and friendly, non intimidating at all. Questions asked: -Tell us a little bit about yourself, work history/experience wise. -What position are you applying for? Do you know what position you're applying for? -What skills do you have pertaining to this position you're applying for? -Do you have sales experience, and if so, how many years of experience do you have? Tell us a little about your experience (in what field; retail, service, etc...) -What makes you the best candidate for this job and why should we hire you over other candidates? -Being that this is a sales job, and although there is a base pay, it's strongly commission based. What are your salary expectations for the next year?

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Have you ever had a job where there was a quota requirement to meet? And if so, tell us how often you meet or exceeded you goal/quota.

Called in for a 1 on 1 interview with the store manager. It was really great. Basic situational questions. She made it feel like it was a conversation rather than an interview. I have over 10 years in tech sales so it made the interview go smoothly. Scheduled a second interview with the area manager for a week later. That was also a really laid back interview with some emphasis on the first interview questions. The only one that I wasn't ready for that I stumbled on was the "What kind of impression would you like to leave me with after this interview." I wasn't ready for that.
