3-stage interview process (1 phone, 2 face-to-face). First they ask you about your background, which companies you worked for, personal ambitions, etc. Then on second stage they ask you about your motivations, look at your personality if fits the team. You will be asked technical questions, which I think are quite easy to answer for an experienced Linux engineer with some networking/security background. However overall experience is not positive as they assume you do not know the answers and arrogantly prepared to kick you out in less than 5 minutes.
