Long process and the entire team interviews you. Great tour of the machine shop and production floor. All the interviewers were very professional and kind. You can tell that they care about their culture and quality of product.
It is a four step process two virtual interviews one with HR one with Director. Then preemployment testing and last step is an onsite visit to meet the team, tour the campus, and interview with CEO.
