I had 3 interviews over the course of 3 weeks. During the first interview I got to have a better understanding of the product and the company. It took around one hour, I got to meet the hiring manager, who gave me some homework tasks at the end of the call. The interview and the homework tasks were great, I got engaged by LucidLink at the very beginning. Once I was done with the homework and it got reviewed, I had a hands-on technical interview, which lasted for about 2 hours. It was again, great, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
Before my last interview, I got to meet a few members of the team and get a peak into the office atmosphere.
On my last interview, I got to meet the co-founder and CTO, and two directors. I was presented with the company values and principles, which turned out to be really close to my own values.
I didn't think I could be more impressed by LucidLink at that point, but I was surprised in an extremely positive way. The transparency and fairness of the company is something you don't see every day.
During the entire interviewing process, I felt like I had equal opportunities as anyone else, no matter my background or education - as long as I bring the right skills and mindset to the table.
Knowing that everyone had to pull through the same or similar interview process, proving that they are the best choice for the job, solidified my decision to work there.
