Applied online. Spoke with a recruiter and then had a phone interview. The was asked to come in and meet with 3 different groups of two people. Spent a little over two hours interviewing. After about a week and a half of not hearing anything, I reached out to the recruiter about an update. Said he was meeting with the team shortly and would let me know about next steps. He also said I was the first one to do the on-site interview and apologized for not reaching out sooner. A week later I received the canned rejection email. After all the time and effort I put into the interview process, I felt it was extremely inconsiderate for them to send me a canned response. The lack of communication and length of time it took to get a response was frustrating.
