The interview process was long; here's my timeline:
Application sent: 11/27/2023
1st round, recruiter interview: 12/27/2023
2nd round with the manager: 01/22/2024
3rd round panel: 01/26/2024
I sent a follow-up to the recruiter: 02/06/2024
The recruiter responded to hang in there: 02/07/2024
Rejection email: 03/05/2024
The 1st round with the recruiter was simple and easy.
The 2nd round with the manager was great, and I did like her. She asked non-typical or scripted questions, and it was free-flowing.
The 3rd-round panel was lengthy. The team member asked a lot about the process and about my previous role. There are a lot of specific questions that feel unnecessary, or she's just probably trying to intimidate or test me.
The program manager for sales operations and analytics asked a lot of his written questions. It was a quick question-and-answer portion.
The transaction operations manager conversation was free-flowing, and he asked about the software that I used or if I knew how to use some.
The overall experience was not good. I did not look forward to hearing back from them anymore, and I already felt like I was ghosted until that rejection email. The interview process was lengthy, and after putting a lot of effort and time into the interview, they could not even update you promptly. It was a waste of time. I'd say that it's a blessing to not be a part of this company.
The role expects you to be on-site, have a rotating weekend schedule, and work lots of overtime. Honestly, it is not worth how much they are offering for the role. For other applicants, please read reviews here and on Reddit. It will help, and you deserve better than this company.
