Spoke to hr about my background and skills. Although the hr rep did not seem like he understand tech stack and was reading off a job posting. HR was extremely rude. Made fun of my college and told me what college he went too…. Told me his company makes the world’s best ev cars and basically told me I wasn’t qualify…. He told me he will decide for the hiring manager and not send my resume….. I ask why did you even schedule this interview and use my time…. Be careful hr has huge ego. I secure another job so I wasn’t that hurt but still stings.
