Worst interview experience ever, first round the hiring manager showed no respect whatsoever, he was in his office while zooming, during the interview he would talk with his colleagues without muting or apologies. I think this company just went IPO but no one would want to work for such ...... My friends who interviewed at other other positions had similar experience. In the end, both of us got lowballed like their stock is gonna be the next Tesla. They're so not the next Tesla, a company with a bunch of .... is not gonna go very far. For anyone who wants a job in the EV industry, save your energy for Rivian which has much better cooperate strategy and interview experience.

Broken Interview process. Companies develop lean process to save time of all parties involved. Do not interview candidates to multiple rounds when you do not intend to hire. I have noticed people attending interviews are not interested to interview. One person did mention about bad work life balance. My suggestion: Keep the interview process incremental, i.e, only move forward to next round if he is successful. (Hr< Hiring Manager < panel 1< panel2< panel3< panel4 < panel5 < Final round) You don’t want your staff to waste time and LUCID money.
