I had a great experience throughout my interview process with Lucanet. The process was well-structured, transparent, and very candidate-focused.
It consisted of four stages: an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, then a panel interview with the Head and a Team Lead, and finally a panel focused on company values.
The recruiter was very supportive throughout, providing guidance and regular updates at every step.
Overall, a 10/10 candidate experience with excellent communication and professionalism.
