Was called by Recruiter who found my resume on Monster to be a good fit for the job. Recruiter set everything up to the first telephone interview. Telephone interview consisted of hiring manager and HR manager. It lasted for an hour and went really well. Most of them were personality based questions. That led to a second telephone interview with the international personnel. That also was similar in structure and that led to an onsite interview which involved 1:1s with various personnel and a presentation. Overall, I was informed by recruiter later on that the decision was between myself and another candidate and they ended up offering the other candidate since he had more experience relevant to the job description. All in all, a very professional company and I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing with them. From what I saw, would love to work for them since everyone appeared very professional.
