Entretien
It began with a phone interview lasting a little more than 10 minutes.
From there, I was invited to come to the office for an in person interview that lasted an hour. I met with 2 different managers, and spoke to each for about 20 minutes. Then, I sat in and shadowed one of the Loan Advisors for the remainder of the time. I was informed several days later that they wanted me to come back for a final interview.
I met with one of the branch managers for a little over 30 minutes. From there, I was extended an offer.
Three stage interview process. Phone interview, in-person and then a final interview with hiring manager. Everyone was friendly and conversational. At times it felt more like having a business conversation with a friend rather than interview.

Entretien
Interviewed by the VP of purchase and the VP of Re-Fi. In total, two 45 minute interviews (on campus) with a 15 min break in-between. Questions focused around work history, sales background, confidence levels, objection scenarios, and then an in-detail description of the day-to-day aspects of the position.

If a customer is clearly resistant to our call, what strategies would you use to keep them on the line and flip their interest, eventually agreeing to get them transferred over to sales?

Easy smooth quick. Over the phone process first. Then zoom interview. Have to give presentation On why you should work there with 4 questions they email you. You will interview with 2 or 3 senior members.
