I was lead into the staff area and given a basic interview. The interview was easy with mostly questions about how I would react to certain situations. An example was “how would I react to a customer trying to steal?”

You fill out an application online and they immediately schedule an in person interview. You fill a form for your availability when you arrive. They tell you if they could accommodate you.

I applied online through the Lowe’s careers site. I heard back within about a week to schedule an interview. The interview was in-person with the department manager. It lasted about 20–30 minutes and was fairly straightforward. The manager was friendly and explained the role clearly.
