Pretty easy, they asked typical questions dealing with Retail. Like how to deal with situations involving irate customers, helping other employees and what would you do in different situations when items are out of stock.

My car was in the shop, so I walked an hour each way in 95+ degrees, because jobs are hard to find. The interview went very well, answered with "team". and had decades of experience, dressed for the interview, and told I would get a job offer the next day. Four days later I get a generic reply from Lowes that "Unfortunately, we regretfully inform you that the job opening has been canceled." What foolishness and lack of intelligence is that?

Entretien
Overall Lowes is a very laid back company. They are friendly and love to get to know you as a person. The interview process is simple and laid back as well. They ask questions about past employment and a little about you as a worker and person.
