Very smooth. They ask about whether you need accommodations, recent job experience, what you know about the job, and many other things. They treat you as if you are having a normal conversation.

Interviewer was 20 minutes late. The whole thing seemed really rushed. The interview only lasted 10 minutes or so. After the interview they walked me outside but only to smoke.

When I was hired it was simple process, but then again that was 8 years ago , it has changed now, its more difficult, there are more questions that need to be answered and trick questions. However they seem to hire people now with no experience because they save money
