It was super easy and the interviewer was very kind. Common scenario interview questions, like tell me a time you deescalated a difficult situation or an upset customer, tell me a time you had to work through an unexpected event, and how did it effect you. Tell me a time you made a mistake and how did you handle it.

Had one remote interview, interview went well. They just asked questions regarding your experience and the job. It was a pretty easy interview and the let me know the same day.

You do two rounds of interview the first was not hard the second of course was more pressure , but I feel as though if you be yourself you’ll have a better chance of getting it , they do ask STAR method kind of questions as well
