They ask questions like, "Tell me of a time in a past job that "this happened" or "that happened" and how you reacted or handled it"
Sometimes in your past those "things" never happened so there is nothing to say, yet they probe for you to tell a story anyway........ :-(

It was short and only like 3 questions, it was quite undiffucult, but still really weird for an interview. There was the chance to ask about the position etc. But no information of the actual job from the interviewee.

Entretien
Employee just pointed to a door to find manager. The interview was fine but I was told he would call the next day (that was 6 days ago). Afterwards I shopped in the store: interfaced with 5 different employees and NONE of them were helpful. I guess they only hire dummies…

Entretien
The interview process was quite nice and refreshing compared to others that I've gone through. Felt like they actually wanted to hear about my life and experiences I've gone through.
